Alan Boutehsaz is the Founder and Principal of Bapaz Properties LLC, bringing over 20 years of comprehensive real estate experience to the firm. Launching his career in his late teens, Mr. Boutehsaz gained vital, hands-on expertise across all facets of the industry—including acquisitions, rentals, leasing, management, and sales. Today, this diverse foundation drives his success in the acquisition and disposition of investment-grade properties throughout the New York Metropolitan area, as well as regionally and nationally.

His extensive transaction history spans apartment buildings, office towers, hotels, land development, industrial/warehouse assets, and retail properties across Manhattan and the outer boroughs. Known for his unwavering commitment to his clients, Mr. Boutehsaz prioritizes building long-lasting relationships rooted in the utmost professionalism and integrity. He thrives on complex transactions, meeting every market challenge with a solution-oriented approach and a strategic mindset.

Mr. Boutehsaz holds a B.A. in Economics with Honors from the Business and Liberal Arts (BALA) program at Queens College. He resides in Great Neck, NY, with his wife and children, where he remains actively involved in local organizations and community programs.
